This is a fully furnished shared home with owner onsite 1-3 days per month. Minimum stay 30 days. Lease Agreement for term and proof of renters insurance required. 2 guests maximum, but you may invite your friends and family (up to 4 overnight visitors) to stay one weekend a month in second guest room. Discounts: Active duty military and Federal employees (active, laid off or retired 2025 or later) receive $630 discount (1 week fee) for every 60 days booked.
