It has two bedrooms, each with a full size bed and linens provided. We just added a new washer and dryer. There is a single bathroom with walk in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is stocked with the essential cooking, dinnerware, silverware, and some seasoning. The living room has a small tv, wifi, mini split hvac system, dvd player and a collection of DVDs. We also just added an arcade system that has 20,000 arcade games built in. String lights run the length of the walkway to the home for easy access day or night. Please understand this is a small, secluded cabin. As such, there are spiders, bugs, and animals in the area. We have regular pest control that comes out but we cannot stop everything. The house is perfect for a quiet, no frills, getaway. Tenants pay all utilities. Electric, Internet.
