    What's special

    We are looking for the right family to tend our family home. It is a 3 bedroom ranch that we built ourselves over 50 years ago. My mother recently moved away and we renovated nearly everything to get a good renter - we redid the roof tiles, replaced the boiler, put in a new septic, a renovated the entire inside. I only wish just wish my mother had all of this when she was living there! The house and grounds are quaint and safe. Kids ride by on bikes and birds chirp in the tall trees. It's so quiet that you will probably get to know the friendly postman by name. There is a large greenhouse with a lot of space for a huge garden. There is a picnic table and a fire pit. We even built our own stone walls, grape arbor and fruit tree grove (we have couple of peaches, and apricot, several apple and pear trees). There is a semi-circular driveway so that you can park your cars off the street. There is also a nice shed, a barbecue, and some woods attached. We are looking for the right family - someone responsible who is looking for a long-term lease. I live in the city, so I would prefer someone who is relatively handy, so that I don't have to drive up if something breaks, etc.. You would be responsible for utilities = ~$250/month. The school district is Brewster, New York It is ready to move in right away. Tenants responsible for utilities (~$250/month)
