Farm house. The first floor is a 2000 sq.ft. shop. The living quarters is on the second floor. One full bath is connected to the shop, two are on the living quarters floor. There is separate room on the second floor with an exterior entrance; the room serves as a potential off-grid room for solar panel batteries. The home is all electric with LED lights throughout, and a heat pump for heating/air conditioning, and a heat pump water heater. Water is from a well on the property; the well has proven to be reliable, over 13 gallons per minute for two hours, even at the end of the summer.
