Landlord will plow main entrance to the property when it becomes impassable. Tenant pays for electricity. Tenant must also pay for propane for heat and propane level must never drop below 20%. You have to be able to think ahead so it will be delivered before it runs out (think: cold winters and frozen pipes). Smoking is not allowed. No cats allowed. There is no trash pickup, you must haul it yourself to the landfill and it must not pile up at the property as there are a lot of animals and critters. Must have proof of income and pass a background check.
