I own this property, and I lived here for 10 years from 2008 to 2018! It is a wonderful first floor apartment, and I am looking for a new tenant who will take care of it like their own. My recent tenant is moving out to be closer to their elderly parents in the Poconos. The kitchen is spacious, and the floors are newly installed hardwood which makes it easy to keep clean. The natural sunlight is great. I have installed an Inyengar Yoga rope wall on one wall in the living room, which is great for stretching, physical therapy, and hanging upside down. You will have access to one garage, which you can use for storage, or to park your car. I installed shelves in the garage as well. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, which is shared by the 2nd floor tenant. This is a quiet block, and the neighbors are fantastic. They mostly keep to themselves, but when it snows heavily, everyone comes out to help one another shovel the snow. Pets are welcome. Cats are preferred, but dogs are ok! The 18 bus stops right in front of the house, and both the Chestnut Hill East and West lines are close by. You can walk to the Cheltenham shopping center, and Chestnut Hill is 2 miles away. This is a bike friendly area, and when I lived here, it took me 45 minutes to bike into center city. Owner pays for water, trash pick-up, and lawn care. Tenant pays for gas, electric, cable. No smoking allowed. Pets are welcome!
