It is also perfect for people needing to stay a month or more. The living area & kitchen area space (the "entertainment" area) is one large open space filled with bright colorful modern impressionist pictures of nature. The abundance of natural light flows seamlessly throughout the open-floor plan areas. Fenced backyard - Parking for up to 7 cars - The house has four bedrooms. Normally including: 1) A primary bedroom with queen sized bed, TV, master bathroom and large custom closet for increased storage and functionality. and 2) A second bedroom with a full-sized bed and large custom closet for increased storage and functionality, 3) A third bedroom with a full-sized bed with closet. 4) A 4th bedroom has a full-sized bed and a place to work (table and office chair), Two twin (single) beds are also available, but are not regularly set up for tenants. If you need the 5th and/or 6th single bed(s), please notify the landlord when you make the reservation. If a guest needs additional beds installed in the house (normally, in the 4 bedrooms, there are 4 beds (one queen bed and 3 full beds), up to an additional two twin beds can be installed... One can be set-up in one of the bedrooms, and one single beds behind the couch in the living room. The additional twin (single) beds are also available, but are not regularly set up for tenants. If you need one or more additional twin bed(s), please notify the landlord when you make the reservation. There is a one time fee for the bed setup (and take down at the end of the stay) and monthly fee. The single twin beds are blowup beds that are thick (18 inches tall) and very comfortable (feels just like a comfortable regular bed). For companies needing lodging for 4 workers (on 4 beds) while visiting Augusta, GA for an extended period, the monthly charge works out to less than $40.00 per day/worker!! If an additional single bed for a 5th worker is needed, then the daily cost per worker drops even lower. Plus the workers have the use of the kitchen! Are you planning on bringing a small dog or cat? If so, at the time of reservation, please communicate with the landlord the size of the dog. All pets require the Landlord's prior approval. The monthly pet fee is $40 per pet. All rooms have ceiling fans. We value our guests' need for a good night's sleep, studying or getting work done. The three bedrooms have all new bed mattresses (Nectar Memory foam) beds that are extremely comfy and have received many "Best Memory Foam Mattress" awards! The master bathroom has a walk in shower. The main bathroom has a tub shower. The house is located in a nice quiet safe neighborhood. Many of the neighbors have lived here for 10+ years. We offer keyless entry for self-check-in. Televisions are with Roku to accommodate your streaming experience. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio! The backyard has a pear tree and muscadine grape vines on trellises. We do not put any chemicals in the yard, so when the fruits are ripe, feel free to pick. There are no stairs in or to the house. It is level. Parking area behind house for up to 7 cars. Parking is also available on the street in front of the house The house has Xfinity high speed WIFI (Typically Download Mbps: 500+, Upload Mbps: +20). The home has a router with two repeaters to provide a wide coverage area both inside and outside. TVs are in the living room and the primary bedroom. Ruku on both TVs. Xfinity Flex on TV in living room. Free apps: Ruku Channel, 100+ live TV channels, Plex, CBS sports, Pluto, & Peacock Premium. Add your own services (Prime Video, Nexflix, HBO,...) Supercenter Walmart is 0.6 miles away. There are dozens of nice restaurants & shopping (Sprouts, Best Buy, Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, Hobby Lobby,...) within a 10 minute drive. Utilities and lawn maintenance are paid for by landlord. No smoking. The $40 monthly pet fee is per pet. Three twin (single) beds are also available, but are not regularly set up for tenants. If you need the 5th, 6th, and/or 7th single bed(s), please notify the landlord when you make the reservation. (The third additional twin bed is free!) The single twin beds are blowup beds that are thick (18 inches tall) and very comfortable (feels just like a comfortable regular bed). For companies needing lodging for 5, 6, or 7 workers, while visiting Augusta, GA for an extended period, the $300 monthly charge for each of the 5th and 6th worker works out to only $10.00 per day/worker!! If a single bed for a 7th worker is needed, then the $600 ($300 each for the 5th &6th workers) works out to be only $6.67 per day/worker for the 3 workers using the 3 single beds.
