Cute Cottage in beautiful garden. The yard is shared but is large and there is a lot of privacy. The kitchen is a kitchenette i.e double hot plate, counter top oven, full sz refrigerator and small sink and plenty of cabinet space. The unit has two large closets in bedroom as well as large closets in the bathroom. Washer and dryer in the garden shed right outside. Great area, walking distance from supermarkets, resturants, hardware stores, library etc, but rural open space within 3 miles and all directions. I do keep a few chickens, when living there ( right now renting the main house until June or July) and the coup is right outside the cottage so just FYI. They can occasionally be noisy, but there is not a rooster. Garden plots are available and when im growing I share my food and eggs when I have enough. Also tons of fruit trees on the property and lots of roses. I pay for water garbage, tenant puts electrical and internet in their own name. Pets are fine but must be discussed and will be an additional, returnable deposit. Certain dogs, such as pit bulls are not allowed by my insurance company. Sorry about that. Smoking allowed outside only. Currently the closets in the bedroom have drapes instead of the doors shown in the photos. One off street parking space included.
