I have a 1 bed 1 bath rental that is built over a large 2 car garage. Ideally this is set up for a single person or a couple. The kitchen cabinets and countertops have been replaced. All appliances are around a year old. New bathroom vanity, faucet, and toilet. You will also get the garage space below. Garage doors are not functional. Parking is outside. I am getting new gravel for the driveway. Laundry is in the garage below. I Still have to do a few touch ups and the final cleaning. Renter pays electric and water is split with the house next door based on amount of occupants. The unit does have window units and propane heat. Renter is responsible for propane and upon completion of their contract, returning the propane to the level it is on move in date. No smoking in the unit or garage.
