I have lived in the same spot for 4 years now, and I love the location. I work full time from 8-5 then go to the gym. I like to cook, grill out (come hungry), ride mountain bikes, workout, tailgate, play with my 6yr old awesome yellow lab Cami, and go out on the weekends sometimes. If you have a dog that's great, so they can spend time together during the day and play. My roommate is moving out soon. The house is fully furnished, so all you need to bring is anything for your own room. However, feel free to bring any furniture you have. The house is in a great neighborhood with a walking trail/ greenway in the front yard, wooded lot, fenced backyard/patio, driveway, privacy, The Medlin and Taste (Bar & Restaurant) within walking distance, 1.5 miles to NCSU, and plenty more. We split all bills which are usually 75 to 100 a month.
