*This is a seasonal rental available from February to May.* This modern cabin (built in 2018) is situated 4 miles east of Cornell University in the Ellis Hollow neighborhood, which has a rural feel. Two of the bedrooms are small and one is set up as an office. The house overall is small and would be best for a single person or couple. The concrete floors are heated, making it very cozy in the winter. Relax in the claw foot tub or explore the Finger Lakes area. I will share my recommendations for hikes and restaurants/ wineries. The house can be furnished or semi-furnished for medium to long terms stays. Happy to discuss. Outside: The outside is where this house shines! The large fenced in back yard is great for dogs and dog owners, with a deck, garden, charcoal grill, fire pit and fire wood, plenty of yard tools including a riding mower (yard maintenance not provided). There are several Finger Lakes Land Trust properties within a 10 minute drive that are great for week-day dog walks, and plenty more sprawling hikes within a 25 minute drive, including Brooktondale and the lovely Brookton's Market, Shindagin Hollow State Forest (famous for mountain biking), Hammond Hill and Yellow Barn (both excellent for hiking, biking, and XC skiing). Minimum 4 month lease. Ideally looking for someone to rent during the academic year. Can be fully or partially furnished. Tenant pays electricity, internet, and trash tags. There is no gas or water bill.
