Home is in remodeling stage...
toung and grove walls and ceilings in majority of house..some drywall was added over time here n there,before I bought it. Wood Flooring in dining room is covered up with plywood and linoleum. Kitchen and baths were added at a later date..1986.. This is a solid older home. I started remodeling it right after I bought it in 2022.. Has new low-e gas windows,drop down from top as well, sprayed organic fiberglass insulation in ceiling and a few walls that needed it. Plumbing,electrical,ac,underground pump,pump power pole with added 110 outlet and an industrial switch with a generator hookup..also 2 50 amp rv outlets on back of house. 2022 LG appliances Fridge,washer,dryer,stove.. there is mostly cosmetics left.. there is a 25x35 leanto pole barn that needs some repairs, then there is one 10x10 tool shed,,one 10x20 shop,,, inside house: interior window trimm around 7 of 8 windows..,trimm around jetted tub.. house could use paint inside and out.. not sure of age of roof, but inspector said roof was fine. Mostly had to update electrical, like junction boxes and gcif outlets added, a new wire to water heater, was a 2 updated to a 3 wire. Water heater works fine for older model. This was a working cattle farm and I had horses here, has cattle shoots & 2 corrals,2 stall leanto.. Mom got sick a year after we moved in,,Dementia & Breast Cancer,, Lost my Mom a few months back need to get back to where my family and friends are.
**Also, the price includes the tractor 1984 White Iseki 2-30 Field Boss & equipment & a 12 x 32 cabin shed. The house is being Sold As-Is.
