Home is in pretty good condition. It can be lived in as is as everything works. It's outdated meaning there is no central heat & air but has window units& dearborn heaters. There is a bathtub but no shower. There is paneling on all the walls inside but good sheetrock behind it. All the floors have carpet that is old & needs to be replaced but there is nice hardwood floors underneath. It has a fenced in back yard. There is a detached single car garage with a work/storage area & power door. Also there is a 20x30 shop in the back with 2garage doors. There is another 12×12 building that was my Dad's wood workshop that can be used for storage or converted to another bedroom. All the buildings have good roofs with no leaks. 5 years ago the electric was replaced by Bowen electric & upgraded to current city codes. Also 3 years ago the gas plumbing was replaced by Staas plumbing & upgraded to current city codes. This is not a perfect house but we have it priced accordingly. ATTENTION WHOLESALERS!!!!
