Fully furnished 2-story row house with basement (3 floors total) in the heart of Georgetown next to Volta park. Renting for the summer 2026 only (June - August). Second floor has three bedrooms but one bedroom is used by the owner as a storage. One bedroom has king-size bed. The other bedroom has a twin-size daybed with a trundle. Two full bathrooms with heated floors and towel warmers are on the second floor. One half-bathroom is on the first floor. The place is furnished and has fully a stocked kitchen with SubZero refrigerator and BlueStar stove. Basement (with its own outside entrance) has another queen-size bedroom, a TV room with queen-size sofa bed, full bathroom, and full kitchen without the stove (but we have a small induction stove). Patio on the back of the house is great for relaxing with a gas grill and Solo Stove fire pit. Looking for quiet and responsible tenant. Owner pays for all utilities and cable internet.
