Great get-a-way ! summer fun awaits you with this cute cabin with water view and next to about 5 acres pond. Located on a dead end road this cute cabin would work well as a AirBNB as well a personal hangout with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, on full bath, kitchen/dining area and nice sized livingroom. My favorite room though is a long screened porch with grill, swing seat and lounge chair overlooking this beautiful pond with all it's wildlife. The last mile to the property is a private road with several year round residents who work together to keep the road serviced even in the winter. Personally, i would want four wheel drive especially in the winter. This cottage could easily be a 3 season home but would need insulated skirting for winter. Some deferred maintenance exists but priced right for the lovely setting and a cabin that it is a delight.
