The exact date of when the Grovers Mill Barn was built is unknown, though generally believed to be in the mid to late 1800s. The Barn was originally owned in common with the mill, and believed to be used as a support building for the mill. Eventually it became a feed and farmer s supply store, and eventually morphed into a small power equipment and lawn mower sales and repair business. The barn was converted into a mixed use building, consisting of three residential studio apartments and three office suites in 2012.
