We live on the N. side of town (Voyager and Briargate-ish) on 3+ acres with horses and chickens and a creek. It's a little piece of country in the city surrounded by all of the conveniences, most w/in one mile walking distance. We raised our 4 kids here and now we have divided (in 4) our walk out basement (see pics, outside doors under deck). Available now: Totally independent two bedroom apartment (950s.ft.) in the house with outside access near parking spot(s). $1400 for one, $1600 for two people. Utilities (elec., water, trash) included. Totally private entrance with with bath and kitchen (see layout pic) 6m min. lease with first month security deposit. It's a fun, friendly, family and unapologetic faith community (but all are welcome). The other apartments are currently occupied (all in completely private spaces) and we all look out for one another. We ask our tenants/guests to generally keep visitors to a minimum (meet friends elsewhere) just to be respectful of our privacy, the neighbors, traffic, and parking. There will be exceptions of course! Our ultimate goal is to help people in transition with a stable and safe place to live. We're looking for respectful, honest, mature mates, no matter the colors of the past. We reserve the right to terminate immediately with inappropriate or abusive behavior, i.e. drug use, disrespectful to house guests and/or guidelines. This is our home so we don't want anyone here who doesn't want to follow VERY BASIC and simple co-existing rules - nothing surprising. We keep things safe and orderly for all who live with us. There are several exceptional perks unlisted, i.e. access to the whole property (see pics). We also have room for horse boarding if so desired. We prefer no pets or kids.
