Very nice acreage only 20 miles to Springfield, 11 miles to Buffalo. Easy drive to area lakes and other recreational areas. Mobile home needs a little sprucing up but affordable at this price. Acreage is mostly open with a lot of good grass for your livestock. Older barns are still useable. It is very hard to find a property like this one so close to Springfield. Owner has lived on this property 40 years. and sure hates to sell; but with the health problems the lady can't keep up with the chores. If you are looking for country living that is affordable and in a great location, this is one you have to see.
