I love that this home is so welcoming. It has something for everyone. You have to watch the video of outside and do the virtual tour! The backyard has complete privacy with a raised fence along the back and mature trees surrounding the yard. Play set is right next to the shed, garden, and in ground trampoline. It has plenty of room for large gatherings and entertainment for the whole family. Love the open floor plan as well as the downstairs with another large projector screen. Rather than just an enclosed theater room it is also used for regular TV. It allows younger kids to be in the play area under stairs with large toy closet down the hall. It also allows other activities like ping pong, pool, basketball, exercising, etc., at the same time. I love the set up of the swim spa right outside of the master bathroom. It is also accessible straight from the heated shop where you can change and keep towels and clothes warm in the winter. With this set up, guests and kids can have access elsewhere. The hidden pantry might be what I love the most. It has so much space that you never have to run to a storage room to grab an item you run out of. It is all stored easily in this one large hidden room. This also makes it possible so that all cabinetry can be used for everything you need in a kitchen but food. The kitchen has a place for everything. The entire house is set up with plenty of extra storage. The front room has a large closet that can be used as a toy closet or just somewhere to throw your mess if you have unexpected guests. I love the colored concrete throughout the front driveway and the large patio out back. The lighting outside makes it seem like daylight for when playing basketball out front or any activity you choose out back. I love that the shop is set up as a teenager hangout if desired or a fun family movie night area with plenty of seating. For other times it is used as a regular shop to store a boat, extra cars, or RV. I love that you don’t have to winterize any recreational vehicles and can still work on them in the middle of winter with the heated shop. I love the two laundry rooms. The kids or guests have their own laundry room downstairs while the main floor is so open, big, and bright it makes you want to hang out in there all day. I love that this house is in the same neighborhood as a private school but more so that it is less than a mile away from a brand new middle school and highschool. This is a very unique house in a fantastic location on a larger lot.
