I terraced this property put in another well and fenced it. Also, put in a hose arena on the lower end of property. It has a paneramic view. Behind it it is ten acres .. animal reserve or lant something I understand it cannot be developed any more than it is but have never researched it. Very spacious between neighbors on both sides. It is surrounded byillion dollar homes. I am not doing tours unless pre-approved loans have been established for full amount of 700.000
