Beautiful "Old Home Place" with hardwood and pine timber. Pear trees and Crape Myrtle's from years gone by. You will see some old picket fence still standing in some areas and old buildings used many many years ago. Electric is run to the property but a well will have to be dug for water (there is a fresh water spring that runs into the creek bottom) Excellent home spot for country living or great hunting camp.
