The rental is in a wooded neighborhood in the mountains and experiences significant winter snow and wind. Dirt roads in the neighborhood are potholed and narrow. There is a parking space in front of the cabin, but in general, parking in the neighborhood is tight. The neighborhood has a tradition of allowing dogs to roam free. 20 min. to Nederland, 30 min. to Superior, Golden, & Boulder. 35 min. to Blackhawk. From Boulder, take Hwy 93 south 15 mi, to Hwy 72, go west for 11 miles to Wondervu. At the RTD park-n-ride, take left on Signal Rock Rd. Go 1 block until a sharp left turn (which is still Signal Rock Rd). After the left, it is the fourth house on the right (brown house with red metal roof). Security deposit and last month due at signing. First month due at move in. Fee of $25/mo per pet. Our tenant will not be moved out until March 1.
