I am tired of being a land lord and I am trying to liquidate a couple of my rentals. I have a couple more around this area and am looking to sell all three. I will take 140,000 for all three or will sell each one at 50,000 a piece. I will do one showing time so contact me and I will let you know. I will also provide you with the rent roles before the showing time.
