This cottage was built by my grandparents in 1954. The interior was taken down to the studs and updated in 2023. Another bathroom was added. A solar panel system was added. The roof, plumbing, and electrical were all replaced. Many of the original features were retained: cast iron bathtub, cast iron farmhouse sink, oak floors, kitchen cabinets, light fixtures, etc.
