This unit has been destroyed by a rental tenant and currently boarded up and vacant. I completely renovated this home in 2001 with hardwood floors, custom kitchen, mid-range appliances. The first floor provides an open floor plan with living room, dining area, breakfast bar, kitchen and fireplace. The second floor has 3 bedrooms plus a deck with views of Bromley. This is the end unit, of 4 units in total (2 buildings with 2 units per building). The building faces an open lot where I would ride my snowmobile with my kids and sit around a bonfire. It's a great spot, feels like Bromley Condos but more private and ability to play around on a snowmobile and build a bonfire, wood burning hot tub, let the dog out the door and no worries. The negative side is the foundation has settled and cracked. We had a few contractors in to price the repair, around $20,000 and very fixable. Also, as mentioned the place needs work after the tenant destroyed the place.
