Some utilities can be found along this paved county road allowing for camp/home site potential within the Camden-Fairview School District. Roughly fifty acres of the land were planted around th year 2012 and have yet to be first-thinned. Another 10 acres feature an assortment of more mature natural pine and hardwood drains. Less than two acres are taken up by roads and an oil well site on the western side. The property consists of well-drained rolling hills. According to the USDA Web Soil Survey, the property is based upon an assortment of sandy loams which give the land a weighted average soil site index of 83.5 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50 years).
