Lots of brush has been removed from property, leaving a park-like setting. Less than two miles to a free, remote boat launch on Lake Oroville. Privacy and quiet, about 12 miles from historic, gold rush town of Oroville. Neighborhood Description There are certainly communities that are much farther out; this is just about 12 miles from town but feels like you are more remote. Nice neighbors who look out for each other are within walking distance, but you rarely see them unless you want to.
