Yurt living at its finest in the mountains of Nederland. Our 20 foot yurt is fully furnished and privately situated on our 3 acre property. It is mountain living so 4-wheel drive/AWD is a must! It's a few steps across the deck from the yurt to the bathhouse. We don't allow pets and no fires are allowed. There is a propane grill on the deck. Looking for a 12 month lease but may consider 9 months. Tenant pays for and takes care of filling their own propane for the wall heater unit and hot water heater which is based on personal usage. Depending on water usage, tenant may need to contribute to water delivery charges No Pets No Fires No Smoking
