The electricity service provider here is SHECO and optional Internet Service Providers are East Texas DSL, T-Mobile home Internet, Starlink (satellite based), and HughesNet (satellite based). The property is serviced by well water and sewage is on septic tanks. We pay for water, sewer, trash, and pest control. The tenant will be responsible for window coverings, a refrigerator and responsible for electricity, which must be in their name prior to move in. All lease terms are 12 months with the security deposit, first month's rent, and a non- refundable pet deposit (if applicable), and the first month's rent due at signing. A 12 month lease is required with option to renew or a 30 day written notice is required. Landlord pays for water, sewer, trash, and quarterly pest control.
