    This beautiful four-bedroom, three-bath home in Mt. Vista might catch your eye. It's available for a 30+ day stay and is fully furnished, tastefully decorated, and has an open layout with a modern kitchen. The leather reclining sofas are perfect for relaxing while watching a great show or gazing at the lush, protected green space and tall trees. The green space offers a peaceful vibe with sightings of deer and many bird species, ideal for that serene environment your're after. There is a king-sized bed in an oversized bedroom which is decorated with authentic Navajo hand-woven rugs. The other two bedrooms are furnished with antique wood furniture and desks, the fourth bedroom is a dedicated work space with two desks and a filing cabinet. This work space may be converted into bedroom with a queen bed. Just inform us of your wishes ahead of time and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that this home has been furnished with new leather reclining sofas, antiques, pricier decorations, and has hardwood floors that scratch so it is not childproof. The deposit is negotiable. Flexible terms: Cancellations are honored with a 21-day notice after the first 30 days of a stay. 2. Utilities: All utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet, and trash service) are included in the monthly rent. 3. Animals: No animals are allowed because we reside here for greater than 6 months out of the year and we have medical issues that preclude us from having animals in our home. Also, the floors are a softer wood where dropping items such as phones or keys may ding/scratch the flooring. Therefore, claws/hooves will definitely damage the flooring. 4. Smoking: Smoking, including marijuana and vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the home and garage. 5. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to cover any incidental damage beyond normal wear and tear. 6. Damages: The owner covers repair costs for damages caused by normal wear. However, any damage caused by negligence or abuse is the tenant's responsibility. 7. Cleaning Fee: A one-time non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to ensure the property is move-in ready and maintained throughout your stay. 8. Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for keeping the property clean and reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Lawn care will be provided by the owner. 9. House Rules: No loud parties or events are allowed to maintain a peaceful environment for all neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 7 am. 10. Parking: There is an attached 3-car garage. Cars are allowed to park in the garage and driveway. Street parking is not allowed. Loud and/or commerical vehicles must be parked outside of the neighborhood on NE 29th. This is a quiet neighborhood. We strive to keep it this way and to be respectful of our neighbors. 11. This home is located in a neighborhood with families with young children. Our screening process includes the following: -A credit, criminal, eviction, and a sexual preditor check is required for guests over the age 18, along with income and asset verification. A reusable tenant screening report may be considered if it's been pulled within the past 14 days. If the information on the reusable report is inadequate, then screening through Zillow or another screening service will be required and paid for by the guests. -No fellonies. No bankruptcies, foreclosures, or evictions in the past 2 years. For individuals with a bankruptcy greater than two years old, there needs to be a miniumum of 3 lines of reestablished credit with a minimum history of 12 months each. -A copy of the front and back of government issued identification is required for all occupants over the age of 18. -No more than 7 guests are allowed with each booking. -This home is not appropriate for children under the age of 12.
