Apartment is huge with the most amazing amentities (built in speakers) and with a giant balcony facing the pool. It is a 2minute walk to zilker park and ACL and about a 10min walk to Whole Foods/downtown. Very pet friendly with a built in dog bath area! Our current lease ends April 10th and you are free to move in asap. We are flexible on dates so just contact me. We will pay your application fee ($500) and there is no deposit needed from you. so pretty much free move in on your part.
