Three story 1910 Historic home. Its style is an American Four Square, and it burned in 2019. It was an attic fire that completely burned the roof system off the house. The water damage was as bad as the fire. The house had to be gutted. Original floors, moldings and all the fireplace mantles were saved. The ceilings were raised back to 12ft. from where the previous owners lowered them to 10ft. The attic was huge so I asked the builder to just finish it out to make it a useable space.
