We are moving and looking to sublet our 2 bedroom/1.5 bath townhouse in Hessel on the Park apartments. This two-story townhouse is close to campus and right across from Hessel Park. It's a great unit for families or people studying/working on campus (we know from experience). The townhouse is a quiet end unit, has a washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit, fenced back patio, and parking spot(s) just steps from the front door. The unit is available January 15, 2020, but the rent is paid through January and the $300 deposit will be left for the new renter. Our lease runs through the end of May at $919 per month, which is a bit less than the $1000 per month for new renters because we have been there so long. Plus, these units are the best in the complex and almost never come open. Landlord provides lawn care, trash, and sewer for a $75 /month utility fee. Tenant pays for water and electric independently.
