There is a plan to add several additional rental homes in the Cullman, AL area and we are currently gauging interest before moving forward. This would be a room-rental setup in a 4-bedroom house. Each tenant would have a private bedroom, with shared kitchen, living areas, and laundry. The homes will be professionally cleaned twice per month, well maintained, and managed by a local property manager/realtor. These will be non-smoking homes.
