Do to the large number of inquiries, before scheduling a tour please message me that you know that the cabin is up a dirt road, (we are likely to get snow this winter) and that you have an AWD or 4WD vehicle (or that you are comfortable staying put during a storm, can work from home...) & that the cabin has a humanure toilet and you understand what that entails. Peaceful furnished cabin in the woods with separate driveway. Completely private, no neighbors in view, plenty of both shade & sun, beautiful views. Landlords live on the other side of this 8 acre property. Kitchen has gas range, toaster oven & medium size fridge. Bathroom is accessed off the patio, has sink, shower, and humanure toilet. Loft area for bed. The property is near the top of Jones Ridge Rd so you must be comfortable with driving on a bumpy dirt road, AWD or 4WD needed for winter storms as we do get snow in the winter here, we're about 32,000 elevation. Water is on a well. Good Wifi and cell reception. We will have an open house November 6th from 12-6 and November 7th from 10-6. I may be able to schedule an earlier open house so check back here to find out. No need to fill out an application until after we meet. Driving directions. Take Greenhorn to Jones Ridge.
