The neighbors are very friendly and very upbeat. They maintain pride in their yards, homes and families. I cannot say there aren't any incidents in the neighborhood, because of I don't know of any. You may see the occasional driver speeding to his home, but that is an occurance you see everywhere. One of two police officers live in the neighborhood, along with military personnel and their families. It is not uncommon to see people socializing, cooking out or hosting birthday celebrations for their neighbors. At night, you will see people and or their families and pets walking or running. Very little disturbances occur, except when you hear a fire truck racing down Bailey Lake Road.
