This home is a tremendous value for the rental price, as we rarely have homes available for rent in this area. For residents with pets, we will charge a $250 initial pet fee and an additional $30 per month per pet since the home is updated with new carpet and hardwood flooring. The home does have a fenced in backyard. Please no more than two pets in the home, and no aggressive dog breeds or dogs over 60 pounds. Also, we do not accept housing vouchers (no Section 8) or offer special discounted rates.
