It is very private and yet opportunities for Alpine, cross country skiing, hiking, biking, tubing are literally right outside your door. You can also walk a short distance to a great country store with baked goods, fresh produce, fantastic butchery and wine shop to satisfy every culinary need. There are some very good restaurants nearby. The living room has a cozy fireplace. The kitchen is well outfitted with fairly new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and air fryer. There is also a washer and dryer. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level, each with a queen bed. There is a guest bath on the upper floor and a full bath with jacuzzi tub and shower on lower level. Woodstock is the next town over and it is just 20 miles to Okemo and 32 miles to Killington. There are numerous local cultural attractions as well as breweries and distilleries nearby. No smoking. This is a 3 - 4 month winter rental. Tenant MUST be out by 4/1/2026. Deposit covers first and last month's rent. If unit is not in same condition as received there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. Lease required.
