Cottage is on the Liberty Hall Farm property, which has ample stabling available for tenants with horses (stabling is a separate service and contract). The cottage is surrounded by forested land with lots of deer and wildlife and provides a cleared/unfenced area in the front and in back for a yard. Pets are subject to approval and an additional deposit. Lawn and external pest control services also available through separate contract. Prospective tenants are required to submit an application prior to approval. If approved, the application fee will be rebated through security deposit. Showing available by appointment only. Rent due on 1st or 15th of the month, depending upon lease start date. Security deposit equal to 1 month's rent due prior to occupation, and partical refund shall be provided after move-out depending upon damages and cleaning requirements. Standard Utilities and Satellite is available at the property, and is the sole responsibility of the tenant to contract with company for service.
