The units rent for $1,495 a month with tenant paying all utilities (water, sewer, trash is $50/month). The Security deposit is $1,495. There is a $30 application fee for each person over the age of 18. This includes a background check. All of our apartments are 2-bedroom 2-bathroom. As for pets, we do have a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. Pets will be limited to no more than two (2) animals with a 50-pound weight limit per pet. We also have a pet privilege fee of $40 a month per pet.
