All run at one time for freeze protection but are not connected. There are 2 lift pumps located at the SE corner of the property which are used to control drainage. All pumps and fuel tanks are enclosed in concrete pumphouses. Rim ditches surround the grove and there is a retention pond to catch rainfall and prevent flooding. The drainage pumps were rebuilt in 2022. The irrigation system uses blue jets. The entrance gate is located at the SW corner of the grove.
