Hi, my name is Andrew--I've owned this place for over 15 years and I've rented it out to about a half dozen people either as roommates when I was without kids or as an entire unit when I've moved away. I live close by to assist with any issues as a first point of contact for all repairs, but have a plumber and electrician I've worked with over the years. I've had REALLY good luck with the renters I've had over the years my most recent tenants lived here for 4 years. This location is ideal for schools and work if you're out here on the outer westside.
