The house will have to be moved to a new location prior to moving into it or residing in it. I recommend J & J Movers as they were the best deal that I was able to find when I moved the house to this lot originally. You will also need to obtain some permits from the Floyd County Building Inspectors Office if you are having it moved to a Floyd County location. The house comes fully furnished. We have pulled all nails and spackled the holes, the inside will need to be painted. We chose to not paint it and leave the color(s) up to you.
