Step inside this freshly renovated gem in Memorial Northwest: 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, ~3,618 sq ft of elegant, no-carpet living. You’ll love the open-concept layout, abundant upgrades, and resort-style backyard — all just a short walk from Theiss Elementary and Doerre Intermediate. This home blends style, comfort, and modern convenience. Removing a dividing wall opened up the dining and living spaces, creating a bright, flowing floor plan. All flooring is wood-look laminate — low maintenance, clean, and timeless. A dedicated office offers a quiet work-from-home retreat. The heart of the home shines in the remodeled kitchen (new backsplash, refreshed finishes) and the spa-like master bath. Mechanical upgrades include a reverse osmosis system, water softener, and a mosquito-misting system for full outdoor enjoyment. Throughout, you’ll find wired Ethernet, double-pane windows, lower ceilings for efficient climate control, and roof/attic fans to help energy efficiency. Storage is generous — tons of attic space and a 782 sq ft 3-car garage. For emergencies or power outages, there’s a 50 amp generator hookup ready to go. Outside, delight in your private retreat: working pool + hot tub, built-in gas fire pit, lush landscaping, ample patio space, and evening lighting that lends ambiance. Mature trees add shade and serenity. This home is a rare combination of thoughtful updates, lifestyle features, and school proximity. Don’t miss your chance — schedule your private tour today.
What the owner loves about this home
We’ve absolutely loved living here. The community is so friendly — people wave, kids play together, and everyone looks out for each other. The community pool feels like our own mini water park, and we’ve spent countless summer days there with the kids. The tennis and pickleball courts are top-notch, and the gym at the rec center is a huge bonus for staying active without driving far. We adore the mature trees that give the neighborhood shade and beauty, and the location couldn’t be better — we’re close to major highways, great restaurants, and shops at Vintage Park. One of our favorite parts of living here is how close we are to the schools. We get to walk our kids to school every morning, and chatting with the crossing guards has become one of the highlights of our day. As for the house itself, we love how it’s filled with character and care. The backyard is perfect for entertaining — from pool parties to cozy nights around the fire pit. Inside, we fell in love with the finishes — every single room has crown molding, adding a touch of elegance throughout. This home has truly been cherished and loved in a way few ever are.
