We have Bellanger Park down the road behind the property with a park, fishing access and a boat launch. The post office and city hall are with in a mile as well. 12 month lease at $2000/month plus security deposit and pet fees (if applicable.) All utility charges are included in monthly cost. first month and security deposit are required upfront. Security deposit is $2000. Security deposit is refundable as long as the property is in the same condition as when the tenant(s) moved in, and no major repairs are needed as a result of the current tenant(s). All payments are accepted via cash, cashapp or zelle. Rent will be due the first of each month. This is a pet friendly NON-SMOKING home. The pet fee is an additional $50/month for dogs or $25/month for cats, this fee is PER PET as well. (example: 2 dogs - $100/month).
