Very nice, single level, low maintenance home. Extensive remodel done in 2010. Interior was gutted, the kitchen and living room were opened up to one nice living space. All new cabinets, countertops, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, garbage disposal, and hardwoods throughout. Master bedroom was redone and a large custom closet was added. New carpet was put down in all three bedrooms. Bathroom was tiled with larger shower and built in linen storage. Pantry/laundry room was also tiled. All windows were replaced. About 2-3 later new roof was installed. Then about 2-3 after roof, new heat pump was installed. I have run a propane line, and installed a heater which keeps it very warm in the winter, and is very efficient. I was on a budget plan with AEP and that ran approximately $140 a month. I ran the propane heater from about October to April at about $50 a month. The house has a full unfinished basement, I used it like a stand-up crawl space, with very easy access to all the plumbing, hot water heater, and HVAC air handler. All landscaping was done about 3-4 years ago. The house sits on give or take about a half an acre with a creek in the back. Also, there is a nice storage building with a loft.
