    :::Previous sale price $19000.00::: This is a very cute and cozy mobile home. Perfect for a young family or single person who appreciates minimalism and wants maintain super low housing expenses (under $600 for rent+utilities+insurance). I bought it in 2014 for $19000.00 but I am selling it for $15000.00 because my ex-husband left some details (aesthetic) incomplete and I cannot keep up with the work (as a working single mom it's too much for me) and lawn/snow maintenance. Furnace was purchased brand new and installed in 2014. You can add a $200 part and make it AC and Heating. The floors are newer (faux wood flooring and tile). Shower has detachable shower head. Sewer pipes were recently cleaned and maintained this spring. The yard is good size and I made a small fire pit in the back. Perfect for roasting marshmallows with the kids. Possibly my favorite thing is the morning light through the windows and the trees growing tall in the yard. There is a patch in the back designated for a vegetable garden, and a small metal storage unit. The buyer can keep a window AC unit that I kept in the storage but didn't install this summer. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and safe. I have lived there for about 12 years and it is always clean, the landlord responds immediately to calls and concerns, kids can play on the street, neighbors keep to themselves but are friendly if you ask them to keep an eye on your home. Parking has space for 2 vehicles. Your living expenses can be under $600 total here: -$360 rent -$15 wsg -$131 power bill *flat* -$52 homeowners insurance (replacement cost $20000) We can negotiate what we will do with furnishings. But I will leave a washer and dryer, couches, table, bookcase, lamps, dishes, pots and pans, etc. (I am moving in a fully furnished situation).
