    Rare rental in Tollgate Canyon. Live in the mountains without sacrificing the comforts of modern life. Our cabin has year-around access, ski touring, hiking and biking from the porch, and all still within a reasonable distance to SLC and Park City. The cabin is 25 minutes from Park City (Whole Foods, trails, etc.). We're 45 minutes from SLC. We are on a year-around plow route and people do live and commute to SLC daily year around. It is one bedroom plus a loft space with room for another bed. One full bathroom. You must have 4x4 or AWD and either snow tires (recommended) or chains. We have snow tires with 4x4 and have never had an issue. Our cabin is ideal for someone who is comfortable with mountain living - i.e. self-sufficient. I'd describe the Tollgate community as down to earth, friendly and like-minded (a general love for the mountains is absolutely shared amongst us). Our property has plenty of room to garden (10 raised beds that we have not planted yet because we knew we were moving). We had chickens but our last renters took them with. The coup is still there and ready for use. We have a work shed with a loft that's great for tools, etc. We also have a wood shed that can hold other gear too. Radiant flooring keeps the cabin toasty without having to rely on a fire for warmth (but the fire is great too). Happy to answer questions if you have them. Cheers, Brad & Whit We will pay all utilities (water, gas, electric, internet). We use Starlink for our internet and it's amazing (I'm a web developer and work from home without an issue). We have a hookup for a washing machine but we don't have an actual washing machine. Our renters purchased one and took it with them. When we lived in the cabin, we preferred the extra space and did laundry every couple of weeks down in Park City.
