A little bit about the condominium: It's in the Chadlington Condominiums on Crystal Drive in Mt. CB. It is on the first floor and is 500 square feet (total). It is small, cozy and comfortable. Though small it is highly livable. It is nicely remodeled throughout - including the kitchen and bath. It has an abundance of natural light. The main bedroom has a closet while the second bedroom has a small niche for hanging and storage. Parking is right out front. The unit comes with 2 parking passes. Mountain Express' Crystal/Castle route stops at the end of the parking lot. This makes for a quick and convenient ride up to the ski area where you can also catch the bus down into town. *This condo is not pet friendly.* REFERENCES: Provide references including previous landlords and your employer.
