This fully furnished apartment is the full top floor of a charming older house in the center of a beautiful village. It was recently painted with cheerful muted colors. There is a Roku TV in two rooms, plus basic cable TV in the Living Room. The apartment is bright & sunny, & window views of the surroundings are attractive. The apartment is one block from the Town Green, & a ten to fifteen walk to a food market, bank, post office, restaurant, gas station, upscale motel, town athletic fields, & various small shops. There is a great coffee & sandwich shop one block away. The town beach on a lake is a 10 minute drive. The apartment back yard is park-like, & lawn chairs are provided. There are many fine restaurants in the area. There is a 2-1/4 hour train to the center of New York City a 15 minute drive away. I live on-site & am always quick to respond, assist, & provide useful info. This apartment is fully furnished, including Kitchen utensils & useful small appliances. Utilities are included in the rent. Owner pays all utilities, including garbage, electrical, water, heat, ac, wifi, etc. 1 year lease is desired, but I'm willing to consider less than a year. Parking is on a spacious parking area in back of the house, & it is well lit at all hours, & has automatic lights that come on also. No smoking in the apartment, but smoking on porch is fine. Furniture, appliances, bedding, etc should be treated with typical care, & kept reasonably clean. I am a retired Architect & am always available to assist, answer questions, provide info, & I am very responsive. Since I live in the downstairs apartment, I ask the tenant to walk very softly in the kitchen in the morning until 9 AM. The washer/dryer combo should not be used on a high setting, & should not be used between 11 PM & 9 AM.
